  • Worst Banking App Imaginable

    The only reason I’m giving this app 2 stars is because authenticating into the app is fine. Everything afterwards is beyond painful. I have to do an international transfer at least once a month and there’s no point in even attempting to use the app to do it. Just do it on their iBank website. The idea is there, but there are banks that do this whole thing better.

    Could only log on when I selected App support while in the App Store 🙄

    The previous client has said everything I want to say. If and when you can get into your account you spend plenty of time searching for any feature you don’t use regularly. If you are successful in logging into your account - and there is no rhyme or reason for being locked out having painstakingly put in correct information to ensure log in. Oh well just telephone the bank and be ready for the words “we appreciate your patience and thank you for your business” after you wait for at least 15 minutes” to be connected to internet banking for the quick fix by that department of unlocking your account so you can actually proceed with online banking yourself, until the next time you try to log in but can’t because ITS LOCKED.
    I know quiet a few people who have given up trying to use this bank feature - and they move to another bank.
    If indeed the bank do “appreciate your business” why didn’t the earlier complaint in September bring about rectification of these problems and the disappearance of the famous words “ERROR” by now. Will my complaint be ignored too?

    I am sending a copy of my review to the upper echelon of the bank in hoping to assist stressed out clients like myself.
