Plz Fix crashing/Not launching
Overall an enjoyable experience, Somewhat addicting, I had to uninstall & reinstall the game because of crashes & the game not launching at all, Lost all of my progress, Extremely frustrating & disappointing, The ads are a little annoying, But it is a free game, Which is pay to win, So I guess if that’s an issue, Pay money to make the endless barrage of advertisements stop.

Crashing
I love this game so much…BUT after two weeks playing and loving this game, it crashed and wouldn’t load. I reset my phone multiple times, deleted the app and reloaded it and lost all the data. Beauitful game, but keeps crashing!

I would give it five stars, but I can only give it one. I enjoy playing the game but it has so many bugs that need fixing and there are far too many adverts that go on and on. Every time you go to do an action you have to sit through an advert first. Basically you are watching adverts for as long as you are playing the game.
There are also many bugs in the game. You can be playing the game and suddenly the screen will freeze and you get kicked out. You then have to restart the game three times before it will let you back in. Furthermore, the fame will only allow you to progress so far before it freezes completely so you have to delete the game and reinstall it, losing all the progress you made and going back to the beginning of the game.

Thank you for the feedback! All the core functions are free, and you can play without spending money. Purchasing additional resources and items is voluntary, and you don’t have to do so.
In app purchases
I’ve loved this game for years. I lost it and downloaded it back after years of not playing it. The game has completely changed and not only have my previous purchases not been remembered so I have tons of ads but also it’s not processing any in app purchases I’ve been trying to make. It takes the money out of my account, but I do not receive any of the items I purchased. I’ve downloaded and deleted and re-downloaded this app multiple times and lost progress multiple times and that hasn’t fixed the issue. I’m very sad as I love this game, but I cannot support this app any longer.

Don’t spend money on Gems doesn’t work
I would give this game a higher rating but I have tried to purchase Gems and it never works if they fixed this issue and added an option to purchase souls then it would be a great game

Game keeps crashing
Was fun for a few days, but now it won’t load. Very disappointing. I’ll give it probably another day before I just delete it.
Fix it!!
I love this game. Nothing complicated, just a hell themed idle game with good graphics and nothing pay to win. But the game keeps crashing, wont update (it’s not the latest vr.) and it gets incredibly frustrating when an idle game (a game made to generate in game currency/points while it’s closed) can’t do that. I feel like it deserves 5 stars but until the issue gets fixed, I gotta give it 3. Please fix it so I can give it the 5 starts it deserves.

Rubbish - keeps crashing
Zero point in downloading this heap of trash game. Continually crashes all the time - keep losing progress. Save yourself some time and forget about downloading this

Crashing after OS 16.1.1 update
Absolutely love this game however it started crashing after OS 16.1.1 update. It never goes past the load screen. Please fix. I haven’t been able to place for a few days. Otherwise wonderful game.
I also tried opening ticket on your support page. But the page itself doesn’t work. I tried on apple device and pc. Same result. Do you have Twitter?

Played for a long time
Overall the game is fantastic, and a great way to kill some time, however the current Halloween zone does not open, when you click on it, the game just displays the three other zones and does not allow you to open them or go anywhere, having to close down the game and reopen it. All in all a great game, with not many issues.
