App is not connecting
I downloaded this app in hopes of keeping track of the features on my new M3 I got a couple weeks ago . However, after downloading the app it won’t load once opened. The screen just saying loading and nothing further happens. I hope this can be resolved.
Won’t connect to chair
Connected for first month or so then randomly disconnected. Haven’t been able to reconnect. Tried deleting app. Tried turning Bluetooth and Allow pairing on and off. Seems to be a common complaint.
Not enough instruction or suppport
App worked great for first month I was using it then stopped syncing randomly one day. Tried everything. Reinstalled app, turned Bluetooth on and off, turned allow pairing on and off, forget this device on iphone, nothing gets it to connect to chair anymore. Seemingly no way to contact anyone for support, no instructions in app itself that tells you who to contact if app doesn’t work.

Can’t connect
Won’t connect to my wheelchair. Have contacted permobil support on several occasions and they have been zero help. Pointless app
Good, but Bluetooth quit working
Was good at first, but about 2 weeks ago Bluetooth stopped working. I have reinstalled and “forgot” pairing from iPhone and chair. I have iPhone 14 Pro running O/S 17.5.1.
Nice when it works
I like the information but the app stopped syncing and updating about 3 weeks ago
Pricey Wheelchair - Crappy App
The app does not work at all, it updates every 9 hours. How is that realtime that you claim on your website?

Don’t work
This app didn’t work long time ago still does not work. Someone needs evaluate it are discontinue it. Multible complaints all way back five years ago.
