Unable to modify order
You have to use a computer to modify the order information. I don't know what this does.holycrapMoMO
Problems Never Get Fixed
There has been several issues with the software for years..
1- System shuts down frequently on desktop version.
2- You can’t set up system to show all trips for the future. Only so many days in advance..
3- You can’t use the mobile app to add new trips because you must input passenger phone number and email, which are not required in the desktop version.
4- For years system shows trips in wrong order and we have to refresh several times to get trips in the right date order..
5- Support department never replies that they have received the issues or if something will be done about them.Show lessحاتم كامل

Not User Friendly (Need a way to UPDATE trip status)
The functionality of the app is just not there! The layout need work and there should be a way to change the trip status with a larger display of tge status of the trip.Mmmblue
