Password reset process seems broken
Everything was fine before I got logged out of the app. When attempting to reset my password for the past 2 days I have not yet received the password reset email. I checked spam folder.
Would appreciate some assistance with getting this resolved and be able to log into my account once more. Thanks

Worse than you would imagine
Lost items, many damaged items, sent us other people’s items, unresponsive support, constant delays, over billed repeatedly, delivered at 6am on Sunday and knocked until we woke up even though they were paid in advance and told to leave the box at the door. They’ll just tell you that any problem is your fault and you should be happy you get to use their service. Also the app is worthless.

I have been a customer since the beginning and I really love how they are upgrading everything. The app is really useful to track my boxes and barrels that I ship to San Ignacio. I know they are a small business and are usually busy through the phone but their app makes everything easier for me and my mom.
There’s not really that many reviews since theirs a lot of old timers like my mom and I but I thought I should come here and show their actually a pretty good company to ship to belize.

Tracking your package never updated
Best service, everything is perfect, just the tracking package is never updated so u can’t know the progress !!!
