Description of Super Bowl Blocks

This app can be used for tracking the numbers in a sports game. The "Block Owner" can use this to manage the game. SuperBowlBlocks makes it easy for a user to enter their information and choose the blocks they want. After the blocks are full, the Block Owner can "Randomize" the scoring numbers for the big game. The Randomize action generates one round of random numbers. Screenshots of the board can be taken and then sent to the players. A message can be generated from device, with messaging enabled, to send out to the players notifying them of the winning block numbers. This can be performed automatically at the end of the quarter. Why stop at one! Multiple boards can now be created. The new board is added from the settings menu.

  • Pretty good, just can’t get text messages to work

Can’t use on my iPhone, downloaded to iPad that’s WiFi only. Tried to send a text to my iPhone and doesn’t work, no pop up saying it even tried. iPad is set up for imessaging, no way to contact developer. I think all my friends would use this if They were getting text messages from app. The rest seems to work pretty well.

Thank you for the review Booshwa1. I appreciate the feedback. If you use the Developer Website link, that will take you to my Facebook page. The texting should work when on Wifi and iMessage is active. The user must have a phone number listed in the Cell Phone field. I will do some additional testing to verify it is working. Again, thanks for the review!
  • Great app!

Easy way to play football squares! I was playing on the suberbowlsquare.org website, but having this on my iPad is way more convenient.
  • Not clear

This app is not clear at all. It seems clear but once you start adding info things get wonky. I want my $.99 back.

    Developer Response

Sorry to hear you had an issue Vegasmoe. Did you have a chance to try the info/help information on the main screen and in settings? I would like to resolve your issue. I created this app to make life easier for us block managers. Touching an empty block should trigger a pop-up for the user to enter their info. The more data they enter, the easier it is to manage the game. Text messages will alert the quarter winner and an email will allow you to easily send one email to the entire group. I hope this helps, I’m going to work on a better tutorial. Thank you for the feedback, I will work to make this better.
