Buggy features
Been an issue for at least a year now- Reset password and lockout resets don’t work through app. I enter all information correctly and it always gives an error. Even tells me to fill in a field that’s not even an option for me to fill in. Very frustrating.Crashed App.
The app was fine until my last software change. I haven’t been able to use it since. Hopefully someone fixes it soon.Keeps freezing
The app does not support the iPhone XS, can’t log in with Face ID and even when manually entering login info, it only works part of the time then freezes. If you can get logged in the functionality is poor, you can see the buttons for services and other info but good luck getting anything other then the first page to load. Very disappointed in the app and the lack of progress made on it.Show less
