Awesome!!!!!

I had the Sr than purchased the Sr/f and I have recently purchased the Sr/S which is the best by far. I love your bikes and hope you never lose your zeal to make riding safe and fun. I do hope you consider the Damon motorcycle coming out in 2021 with co-pilot and blind spot detection as well as collision. I have one on order but for now you are still number one. :)

This is a follow-up to my previous review. I am very displeased with zero at this time. I presented zero with an obstacle I am having with my bike when I charge it. The range on my bike does not reflect the range on my app. Example: bike says 81 miles and app say 160 miles. If this was my only obstacle I would be fine, but every time I charge my bike to 100% SOC my miles get lower. I am fully charge on my bike and it says I have 81 miles. I thought at first after I road it very conservatively the mile would change. This is not the case my miles are very close to what the bike says. My BIGGEST obstacle is the no answer from zero. I have bought 3 zeros in the past 7 months but will be looking to resolve or sell my current SR/S. I am very disappointed in your customer service zero

Requires Bluetooth Connection to be Useful

Just got an SR/F and I love it. Usually, products I research meet my expectations...but every once in a while those expectations are greatly exceeded. I’m happy to say that the purchase of the SR/F is absolutely one of those times.

The only thing that caught me off guard is how this app integrates with the bike... I’m a Tesla owner, and you quickly get used to the Tesla app leveraging the built-in LTE connection of the car. That being the case, it really surprised me to see that you really can’t do much remotely with the SR/F even though it has an integrated cellular connection too. Without being in close proximity using Bluetooth, all you can really do is “poke” the bike for some basic momentary status. You cannot adjust settings, charge target, etc. from a distance.

I guess I’m just wondering why the cellular modem can’t be used to accomplish most (if not all) of the same functionality you get with the Bluetooth connection so that you don’t have to be close to the bike to change and monitor things. That would give users the same seamless Tesla-like experience no matter where they are.

Obviously not a deal killer, but this would certainly be a welcome change as you guys are considering improvements to the app experience.

Great app for the SR/F

Though not thoroughly intuitive this app gives good details and allows settings that are more difficult to find through the bike’s menu system. Tip: you have to use bike’s menu to turn on Bluetooth pairing the first time.

Will not recognize 2018 S ZF13

My Zero S would pair with my old phone (Android) with the previous version Zero app no problem.
Switched to Apple and once again, the phone and old app pairs and recognizes my bike.
While my new phone has paired via Bluetooth with the bike on current (Apple X) phone and works with the previous app, this newer app (Next Gen) will not recognize my bike at all after spending quite some time on it.
The phone recognizes the bike via Bluetooth right away, but not the app at all.

Note - I checked the firmware on my bike and it is at the latest revision. So I ruled that out as a potential culprit.

Would love to use the app once it works w my bike.

This is just a perfect app to use to manage and monitor the Zero!
