How does it work?
1. Resident places service request via SalinasConnect;
2. SalinasConnect stores, processes and automatically routes the request to the correct department; and
3. Notification is then provided to the resident via text, email or a phone call when the issue has been resolved.

Sorry. I thought it was working just fine. However since the last update it can’t even log in. I am submitted via the website and there is a glitch on submitting it as well. It informed me I can to Call someone to inquire about the error. Whatever.
The city is in desperate need of new leadership and better grant writers to fix out streets and sidewalks and all the wonderful stumps all over town. I can’t wait for someone to twist and ankle or break a leg on our crappy sidewalks.
