Daylight Savings and other glitches
Daylight Savings Time toggle does not work on this app. Adjusting either way will not display correct time.
Videos recorded several days ago will not play. “Please wait” is displayed and you have to close the app otherwise it crashes.

Good camera only problem no zoom and option to stop light on day time works in night good but day I don’t recommend should update the camera and some future in about zoom and motion sensor for day light control also when you open app live video should start by self giving 4 star till next updateVickbanwait

App not working at all
The app crashed and now doesn’t accept my username. Doesn’t accept a new username either. Completely uselessptrwrth

The camera itself is pretty good. It works fine and turns on lights when it detects motion. However I hate that you have to login every time you enter the app. It gets very frustrating that you cannot view the video quickly as you have to take time to login.Shaun_Durr
Very disappointed
Motion alerts worked well when I first got this camera; however, it just all of a sudden stopped alerting me when motion was detected and the camera was running. Isn’t really helpful if it doesn’t alert me when I am gone and motion is detected. Light comes on randomly and sometimes doesn’t come on at all when recording, which doesn’t help at night. Seems like the light and recording should happen at the same time at night. The app is slow to respond often. I wouldn’t purchase this again.Show lesscordof3strands
Good camera... horrible quality of the app!
Camera works great when the app works. Camera will not keep settings for motion detection and also won’t let you view live view half the time. Can’t use the app it won’t work properly so the camera are basically paper weights. But when they work I am happy with them . Also the app says software is out of date but is on the latest versionShow lessStyrell
Very disappointed
Although the video quality is good, it’s pretty useless when the software won’t work properly. The recordings are unreliable at best, and for the last 4 months they’re just totally nonexistent. The only way I can use this camera is to use it in live view. Nothing records. Ever. I do get notifications, but what good is that without recording? I can’t open my phone every five minutes to watch my front porch activity. Such a disappointment and such a waste of money.Show lessAMLEVE
Horrible app
App crashes, motion detection does not retain settings. Support none responsive when contacted about these issues. This company needs to invest some serious effort into fixing these issues in order to retain clients.scdaze03
