This App doesn’t even open for employees to use it. Maybe converters efforts to update this app. For as advance as we are as a company this is unacceptable. If I could give it a negative rating I would because it doesn’t even deserve the one star rating.
Needs work
Breakfast in West Chester works great. Lunch cannot be personalized. Take what is offered. I never order lunch and same with many others
Crashing
App continually crashes. Probably should have figured out the bugs before closing down the WHQ cafeteria.
Not usable
It provides a very small selection to order from. Only from the grill. Can’t order from the sandwich station. Even when ordering from the grill the options are limited, toppings are limited and you can’t specify a condiment. I’m not sure why the options are not aligned with he kiosk in the cafeteria (Bridgewater NJ).

Useless App
Great idea, very poor execution. This app has so many bugs that it is useless.
Good but needs little tweaking
In general the app is good and the concept is very strong. Being able to order ahead is great.
However, this app is really on useful if all you want is either an omelette, breakfast sandwich (which is already pre-made either way so not a lot of value in preordering), or a burger.
Unfortunately, you cannot order the daily entrees, cannot order smoothies or soups, cannot order a single egg cooked for your breakfast, and cannot have more than one meat in any order.
Would love to see this extend to the daily entrees and have it include the major available options.

Payment processing needs a look
Being able to order ahead is great. But there are a few issues that I would love to see fixed:
1) Every purchase shows pending twice on my credit card. So far, when the purchase is finalized, I have not been charged twice, but it is slightly annoying to have to watch my pending and authorizations to ensure it gets charged properly.
2) I often experience an error message when attempting to complete the purchase. In most cases I simply choose a later pickup time and I can complete my purchase.
3) Daily specials are not shown on this app.
Other than that, this is a great feature to have along with an on-site cafeteria at my workplace.

This is just sad,
Sad that the only people positively rating your apps are your employees and their friends. So many errors trying to see the menus, and my credit cards never seem to work. And when I do make an order, the order only seems to make it to the kitchen some of the time.
