Old app was exceptional. This one is awful.
I haven’t been able to do an app order in months. I get a processing error every time and end up choosing a different spot for coffee. Love Press but changing this app was a major downgrade.Jacqueline323

They don’t deserve an app
This app is terrible. Cart times out, payment processing errors. And you can’t earn your points if you don’t order on the app, but it never works.Katie B1
Horrible app for an amazing cafe
Updated the app and now it won’t even open.
Have to log out and log back in every time you want to make a purchase.
Payment methods don’t save unless you logout/log back in.
Purchase history doesn’t save when logging out.
Rewards appear to reset after ever login.

App no longer functions
I used the prior app daily for ordering coffees. Since changing the app, the app no longer works. I have notified management multiple times, deleted the app and my account, and have not found a way to make the app work again. Please correct the app or go back to the prior version.Time Pressured
Best coffee, terrible app
App constantly asks to update payment information and seems to lock up frequently. I reload the app and only retains information for a few days.Twitch fan!
Old app actually worked…
I go to press almost every day, coffee is great, people are great, app is horrible. I can’t order pastries, I can indicate milk in my Americano, but most of all I can’t save a credit card or use Apple Pay. My only option is to input a credit card every time.. I could have made a better app by hiring someone on upwork…Show lessandrewkissi
