Great game but…

Crashing on gray screen. It won’t load
didn’t save my progress *solved
i played this game a lot back in 2021, and even spent the $5 to get rid of ads and get the starter pack and now my progress is wiped. the load cloud option only shows my newest save from when i JUST downloaded the app. restore purchases does nothing. this is really frustrating since i was way far than the beginning of the game. i won’t be playing, im not restarting my progress.
They steal money
I contacted them the first time and they said it was a known issue that’s been going on for a while, but I guess they’re not too keen on fixing it anytime soon. Before I tried to pay them again, I contacted them again to see if they’d fixed the issue yet. I was told they had fixed it and the fix was going to be part of their next update they were set to release. So I waited for the update, updated the app, and tried again. Apparently their definition of “fixed” and mine are vastly different.
They won’t refund you and insist you have to go through Apple, who also eventually won’t refund you.
I paid the $4.99 because I’d like to actually be able to play the game, not spend more time watching ads than playing the actual game.
It’d be nice if their features actually worked.

We're sorry that you're having issues at this time. We are already in contact with you, and our developers are actively trying to fix the issue for you. The fix must be rolled out with a build and will take some time, unfortunately, unless we find an easier way to do so. We do not have access to iOS transactions, so all refunds must be processed through Apple. I am truly sorry that you're still experiencing issues, and I can understand how it can be frustrating for you. We will continue working on a solution, and hopefully, this will be corrected for you soon.
