It doesn’t even give me the option to sign up
It won’t even give me an option to sign up… only to log in, I tried on the actual website and am having no luck.
Cannot Create a Password
Created an account through link sent by Maidpro. Downloaded the app but there was no option to create a password. Tried forgot password to create one that way. Got the message no account found. Disappointed.

App closes as soon as you open it, can’t even get to the login!!
App crashing when I open it.
I recently downloaded the app because I need to get my schedule and docs from the company. Whenever I try to open it the app immediately crashes and I can’t open it. It’s been like this for the past two days.

Horrible company and horrible app. Be careful if you work at Maidpro. I hope if you do, you have a kind boss who actually understands management and has respect for employees.
This is a way for authoritative abusive bosses to screw their employees over out of pay and work.
I worked for maidpro for 8 years at another location, lost my office due to Covid. Never had a problem.
After switching to a new location, with a very egregious behavior exhibiting boss, I lost all respect for the franchise. My old location didn’t use the app with everyone, we used paper work orders and let our employees know the evening before what the next day looked like for them. Even if they had the app, they knew what to expect the next morning.
This app, gives employees little notice on what their day looks like, allows bosses to take away hours, gas, drive, and reimbursements for lock outs etc.

Thoughts
I’ve used this since it was available and I’m somewhat happy with it but would definitely like to be able to login earlier to get a mind set for how my day will be it makes for a better day knowing ahead of time even if the schedule does change
Makes work a little harder
It is not uncommon for the app to crash on me, or not submit my job after i’ve submitted it. I also feel there are some very simply features missing, such as the ability for Pro’s to add/suggest work-order notes in the app. It would also be greatly beneficial if we had the ability to look back at the start/stop times for our jobs after submitting them. There should also be a “customer contact” area, used for customers that need Pro’s to call them upping arrival. That way the Pro can simply tap the number to call, instead of switching between apps to type it in.

Employees can not go back and review their total travel time, mileage or hours worked for the week. Once a job is complete and you press “stop” the information is gone. Only management has the ability to review.
