Game wouldn’t play insisting I wasn’t connected to the internet which I was. Not good

I used to really like this app but ever since I read downloaded it on my new phone for some reason it won't let me play it just says to connect to the Internet before I am and I have cellular phone and it won't let me play so I'm going to have to say I rate this app a zero now and it used to be hands-down 10+ app

It did not let me play the app even though I restarted my Wi-Fi and full powered off my phone and did other things that I thought would make it work but I didn’t so it didn’t even let me play the game.
