Fixes the unsigned scripts page so it show the medication for OAT scripts. Fixes the sign methadone script page so it shows whether it is a Methadone or Kadian script. Fixes the profile page so the current OAT script section shows the correct medication for Kadian scripts.

Added the appointment count to the day sheet. Fixed a rounding error on unsigned general scripts. Login now obeys the access mobile app permission as specified in PatientVu. Fixed the auto sign button so it only appears when the user has auto sign enabled. Added the ability to check in or check out an appointment. Added the health card number and version code to the demographics. Fixed opioid scripts so that fully cancelled scripts are shown in red. Other bug fixes.

Fixed the scripts to sign screen so that scripts are not marked at signed when a sign operation is cancelled. Fixed an issue that prevented some users with Face ID from logging in.
