Great concept, needs improved execution

I love the simplicity of just being able to track my stats. Lots of players want to be able to do that if they’re in a league that doesn’t track them for them and this makes it easier. But this needs some work. For one, being able to track pitching stats would be brilliant. There needs to be an upgrade of the home screen because just having a list of players is very inconvenient and an inefficient use of the space. For coaches, it would be better having a list of their teams and then track the players on the teams this way it could go annually or if they coach multiple teams. (i.e “Local Team 2020” “Local Team 2021” “Travel Team 2021” etc.) For individual players, they probably are only tracking themselves so having just their name there is a complete waste of space on the home screen. There are also some more advanced stats that could be included, although these aren’t really SUPER neccessary because they don’t mean that much but it makes it feel a bit more professional and would be cool to just see those. Finally, there should be an adjustment of where you can edit your games and stats because it’s very hidden so that needs to be clearer for people to see and use. Overall, love the concept. App is good but needs work.

Thanks for the elaborate review! I’m currently working on some improvements, and will take your request into revision. I’m definitely looking for a better spot to edit your games. Same goes for pitching stats, I’ve been wanting to add those as well, but facing some issues at this point. As for the team composition, I’m not too certain about adding that yet, but I’ll keep it in mind. It’s slow going, I have to admit (I also just have a day to day job to do), but I’m certainly still working on the project, so stay tuned!

Transfer

I added everyone’s stats on iPad and would like to transfer it all to my iPhone. Cannot figure out how to do it without adding each stat again one by one. Takes to long

Since update 3.0, the stats will now sync across devices using iCloud. I hope this helps you!

Corrections

Easy to use, except how do you make corrections??

With the latest update it's now very easy to make corrections to your stats! The entry point has been moved to the main menu screen to make it easier to find

No place for a Fielders choice

I like the app, simple to use but there is no place to score a FC. There would be a more accurate stat, if I didn’t have to enter a strikeout for a Fielder’s choice.

Thanks for the feedback. There is indeed no option to input a Fielder's Choice. The reason for this is that for the stats, it's the same as a normal put out. So just adding the plate appearance without an outcome, will calculate it properly.
