This app is great I have been using it for years. However I noticed that the app was on my iPhone. I thought it was strange so I deleted one of them. Unfortunately it deleted both. So I downloaded it again, however none of the pictures are there. I had over 1000 photos of my business and completed. So in the app description it says I can recover the photos. So how do I recover everything?Show lessMs Ish

I have to have my iPhone battery changed. I’ve tried to back up my pictures in my album for weeks and it will not back up. I went to settings and turned on automatic back up, but it will not turn on from off. Can I get any help to fix this issue, so I’m paying for an app that I’m about to lose everything I have in the folder because it will not back up, this app is not very user-friendly. I’ve tried putting it on my tablet and on my tablet I can’t even upload pictures to it but it’s signed onto my account.Show lessGetting REALLY MAD IN 2014

Why can I find a picture vault that you put your pictures in and locks them in there? Every picture of all that I found it deletes your pictures if you choose that option or if you choose the option for them not to delete it they still just sit on your in your photo albums so what’s the point of thatShow lessMollmoll007
Unable to login to app
Forgot password when trying to recover password the app says that I’m not authorized to reset password. This is the same email I used to register the app.worm202
Expired trial on first download
I installed this for the first time today, and it says my free trial has expired. I can't tell you if this is good or not, because it won't let me try it.
EDIT: The developer responded to say that "you installed it before", but I never have. The two ways I can tell, iTunes asks for a password the first time you install an app (it did ask for the password), and really - I've never installed this app before (trust me, I would remember it). The app has a fatal flaw that prevents usage.
Note to developer: since you do read these, please look into this software bug. Thank you.Show lessrabbit1029

It’s Pretty Good Except For 1 Major Issue
This is pretty good in a number of ways:
1) It’s not a memory hog
2) It asks if you want to delete whatever you’ve imported
3) You can have folders inside of folders
The bad thing is that you can’t really scroll easily through your camera roll. Say like you have 100 pictures in your camera roll and the ones you want to pick are offscreen, if you try to scroll it selects the photos where you are sliding your finger. Then you can go back through and unselect them the same way, then you try to scroll again, & then it selects them, then it decides that you want to scroll, then it scrolls. I’ve tried scrolled on the far right of the screen, far left side of the screen, in the middle of the screen, between the photos. It does matter. I’ve tried on both an iPhone X & an iPhone 7+ and it acts the same...Show lessthejbfamily
