The LG app is very convenient in the field. It helps to complete inspections a lot quicker than using spreadsheets.

Exploitative Business Practices
The app has promise if the bugs get worked out. The biggest concern is the exploitative business model. The expertise and investment of the user is worth about $90/hr, depending on the local market, but this system pays $9-12/hr - fuel costs. On top of that, the burden they put on the inspector is absurdly labor intensive for the pay. After speaking with admin, it’s clear they know that they’re taking advantage of people and are comfortable with the revolving door. There are alternatives that treat their skilled labor with respect.
