Reviews of Claymore Remote Monitor

  • Great app for Phoenix miner

    Very convince for Phoenixminer.
Good to monitoring miners and good ux.
Suggest to one thing. It is reload config file command.
It is very necessary to use Phoenix miner handling.
  • Great app but broken paid service and no support.

I’ve been using this app for over a year to monitor my rigs and it’s the best I’ve found. Recently I’ve migrated from Claymore to Ethminer and wanted to leverage the push notifications of this app to replace a Claymore monitor I had running. I purchased the lifetime premium service and set all my liners with PAT to give public internet access as required for the service but I get no alerts. What’s worse the support email address returns as undeliverable so I guess I just wasted my money. Hopefully you won’t do the same.

    Developer Response

Truly sorry to hear that you are having issues, the email server should be working now, would you be able to try to email me again at support@miningbird.com. You can also contact me on Telegram https://t.me/miningbird I am happy to assist anytime.
  • Crashes upon connection

Edit: Developer reached out to me and notified me of a recent update that has resolved the issue. At this time i redact negative review. This app is working great at this time.

This app used to work great and WAS worth paying for! With the most recent update if you try and open the app it immediately crashes. If you delete it and re download or fresh install it opens, allows you to enter all Miner configurations, but if you attempt to connect, it again...IMMEDIATELY CRASHES. In its current state this app is worth about as much as 1 Doge coin.

    Developer Response

Sorry to hear that you are having issue with the previous update, the app has been updated again to version 1.6.1 that has addressed the crashing issue, if you are still having issue please contact me at support@miningbird.com. If the update does resolve the issue, please consider re-review the app. Thank you!
