November 23, 2024

Favorites have moved out of the search view and now have their own button on the map. We have redesigned the Smart Charging experience completely as a first step towards the next generation Smart Charging. We have improved the overview, making it easier to see when charging starts as well as the plan for the charging session. The chart has been replaced by a timeline that allows for more precise and detailed overview over the plan and events that occur while charging. Drive safely! /Clever app team

Looks good, but poor functionality

Starting and ending charging is a pain and glitchy. Couldn't end charging session and forced to just leave it "open". No customer service available through the app. Charging rate nowhere close to the advertised 22kW even though fewer than half of the charge points at the station were being used. Overall very poor experience
