Pls I want to know why my app date is showing 1970 on my phone (IPhone 12 pro Max )? while on my laptop after login the description of date and time is correct.Ogeh12

Completely useless and waste of time
I bought a pet gps tracker collar on Amazon and it instructed I download this app in order to use the product. I also had to pay for and activate a SIM card for the item that would supposedly work with this app. First of all, the whole app is complete trash. Very poorly designed. And secondly, the app doesn’t do what it says it will do. The product claims the app will allow you to have a live GPS feed of the collar’s gps but it takes 20 minutes to load the item’s location (if it loads at all) AND it is completely inaccurate. I spent a lot of time setting up this product and it turns out to be a huge disappointment!Show lessthejordanconway
