Please do your research before signing a contract with this factoring company. I wish I knew what I know now. Customer service is horrible. The call back feature will have someone call you back almost 2 hours later. Not to mention the app is super glitchy and is running so sluggish compared to other apps. Always closes it self and is hard to navigate. Can’t tell you how many times this app has closed on me in the middle of invoicing. Tried re installing app and still did not help.Worst customer service Experience ever!
You will have no direct contact line to anyone. They will bounce you around from person to person before you receive help. Everyone is so defensive and rude take your business elsewhere
