Works well from the app but…
When you send it to a client, the position of required fields and signature don’t appear at all on the document they see. The client has to create and position the fields themselves which looks unprofessional. This app is about getting fields filled where you need them and that should show the client where. It doesn’t do that so two stars.

Facing issue to cancel my subscription
I requested alot of time to cancel my subscription but u guys don’t cancel it in trials now u guys charged my 169 dollor i was stressed now please refund my money and cancel subscription

Charged off the trial as soon as you download not a 7 day trial
I wanted to try this software and download on a trial, once the download happened and I opened it up they then charged me the full $179. Not happy

Absolutely ridiculous
Why would you let me fill out something and then not let me do anything with it until I pay over $100 PER YEAR! When I only need 1 thing filled out and sent and then never will use your app again! So filled it out for no reason because I refuse to pay that much money! Absolute joke! Just make people pay for the app instead of having a free app that is pointless unless you spend a ridiculous amount of money! #eattherich #youaretherich

Overpromised undersold
Promised significant ability never able to execute. Extremely glitchy with no support after purchase Don’t be fooled: they will tell you that they will extend your license until they fix the concerns, but in the end it is just a ploy for you to file a claim against their poor product, promises and business contrac. stipulations past the window of contesting the product. Integrations with google and desktop? Laughable. Stay away
UPDATE TO DEV RESPONSE: WALKTHROUGHS WERE A JOKE! They walked me through and found the same inherent bugs I found! They promised resolution, only to continually delay beyond the window Apple or my credit card company would permit for contesting the charge. Creating others users was faulty. Certain field types fail. Accessibility to content across devices is only a dream with this app

App is absolute garbage. I should’ve read the reviews. And y’all have the unmitigated Gaul to be trying to charge people $120 for a year and not the monthly price. I was able to put 2 check marks on my document and my first and middle name. It wouldn’t save anything else so I must’ve typed in my last name 20 times and then the font started glitching. I never canceled a free trial so fast in my freaking life.

Cannot Cancel
I tried the app for a day then realized I didn’t really needed it. I tried to cancel my subscription 5 times … there is no way to talk to anyone and the email you send your cancellation doesn’t seem to work! Now I’ Bering charged 180$ for an App I’ve been trying to delete multiple times … Very disappointed, I just want to cancel the subscription…

DO NOT PURCHASE
I downloaded this app for paperwork and ended up going a different route to accomplish the task and forgot about it. Fast forward 6-7 days and I was charged $130 dollars for a year subscription. I don’t need and will not use the app. I reached out to customer service through their portal and got no response. There’s no number to call and you’re just out the money. My bank also declined to reverse the charge. Lost a whole day’s pay for an app I’ll never need. Only download if you’ve got lots of mobile paperwork or you love throwing away your loads of extra cash. Buyer be ware!
