Irresponsive customer service and bugged app
Buy data and airtime with the app and didn’t receive it.. I’ve been trying to reach their customer service but they aren’t responding at all and this is not the first time it happened,the first time, the customer service replied after many days and today me to contact my network provider when fully we’ll they know I got the issue from their appShow lessJuliusluv101
Bad network
The app itself is quite easy to use, but Paga network is terrible and you may not be able to get your money out when you need your money which is the whole point of haveing a banking app .. Paga needs to fix up thier networkkiingsxiv
Worst App Ever Seen Keeps deducting money without any services
You keep deducting my money whenever I tried creating a virtual card only for the card not getting created. And yet, no refund of money.

Transfer error
I have been trying to transfer money since 3days ago they are telling me I have exceeded my transfer limit please I need the money urgently very annoying and I won’t use this bank anymore please I need refund on my money 😡I can’t recommend this app to anybody please resolve the problem my eleven thousand is astakeShow lessochewisdom
