Reviews of 30 Day Ab & Squat Challenge

  • Clock is off

The app is user friendly I guess. But the time is off, if you try timing yourself, it will be at least twice longer than their count down clock says.
  • Good concept but kind of glitchy

Been using the app for 10 days so far. It’s user friendly, really easy to find everything like how to’s and create your own workout. My only issues have been with the calendar and tracking progress. It shouldn’t allow you to tap on days you haven’t completed a workout but it does, and in turn messes up your actual progress. It also seems redundant to have to tap on a rest day to show as if it was completed. Other than that, it’s a great free app to use and the workouts do increase in intensity as you continue.
