It is not recommended to purchase electronics on Unimart. I bought Smart Wifi switches that were not working and they told me they need to send it for review. Is being over a month and I have not heard from them. Is a low value item and I believe the time I spent claiming and following up is more valued than what the article cost me. I believe the problem is they are not distributors and/or representative of brands, I seen the same product in other websites on Costa Rica. I don’t like this policy. I had to purchase the replacement item on Amazon, already arrived, working and I know if I have a problem I just returned through my express courier service without any trouble, done it before. I had to rate with 1 star cause I cant submit with none stars.
