Leader View needs fixes.
Hopefully this review will be read and maybe a few fixes can be rolled out. I have been using the Serve app for a few years now as an outreach leader at my church. With the most recent update, I am no longer able to view the emails of people who have signed up to serve on my projects once the project has filled, either on the app or the website. I can message them through the Serve app, but often times people are signing up through the Serve website feature and do not get the messages, so I like to draft an email and send it directly to the volunteers to ensure that they have received all the details of our project. Also I have been leading reoccurring projects for a few years and my church would like me not to delete them so they have record of them, but it would be nice to have an archive feature or a way to sort our projects by date.Show lesskmck1
Technical issues
Technical issues with Logging in after I forgot my password. The reset password button doesn’t work. Locked out of my account. Can’t get a response…Maskman78

This SERVE App let’s you search your skill level and your capabilities……then click on it and join in where you can do the most good 😊………I love 💕 it !!

Trying to volunteer...no luck
I’m trying to volunteer for tornado clean up, but the only church in my area has no events listed. I just heard on the radio that they are looking for volunteers. This sounds like a great idea to connect people, but I guess it still needs some work.thgrant

Love this app! Just one thing though...
I love SERVE Day! I signed up for this app last year, and this year I was trying to walk people through it. There are so many prompts! Is there a way to make it simpler? For instance, a 3-step process? Download the app, look for your church, enter your contact info, and VOILA! You’re in and can pick a project your church has available!
I believe we’d have more signups, and a better idea of how many people are committed to SERVE Day, if it was simpler to get involved digitally.Show lessLo Manna COS

The only way to sign up to serve is with your app and the app shows it is loading but then it goes to a blank screen. Any thoughts on how to fix the issue? Thanks!help needed fl
