I’m not a paid pumper - but just an old man fascinated and learning about the sounds their affects on the mind. Lots on interesting science being used in this app. Not simple meditation audios, but libraries of sessions utilizing specific sounds to alter mental state. Easy to use, try it before you purchase, reasonably priced. Could find nothing I didn’t like in the app. Absolutely amazing on my iPhone 12 Pro using studio grade headphones. I could feel mental state changes after the very first session!

I like this because it is feels put together well with the music and although I have just started barely a week , it is my go to for relaxing ,more alert space, or regrouping from stress.
