  • App is full of Bugs, very slow, looses valuable information entered before syncing

    App is full of Bugs, very slow, looses valuable information entered before syncing. Seems like every other week, the app must be deleted and reinstalled… numeric,descriptive values and photos entered are somehow “lost” in the process of the program “syncing”.

  • Terrible Experience

    Nothing but glitches, signing in and out 6 times a day and randomly loosing reports is fun and all, let alone the unusable sample system with so many issues I find myself filling samples out by hand now, truly sad and frustrating to have to use on a daily basis, been using for 5+ years and never had a easy day on the app.

  • Not able to sign in anymore

    Last two weeks of July 2024 the IOS cat inspect app won’t allow me to sign in I was not able to submit Inspections for contamination control because of this
    The july 30th release didn’t fix my issue

  • Rarely works

    This app rarely works correctly on the first try. The “updates” do nothing to fix the app. I wish the developers would actually fix the problems with it crashing all time, not syncing inspections, and the compartments/fluid type not loading when submitting samples.

  • Functions not working!

    After last update, photo function not working properly if using a tablet and use in the Landscape orientation which is how I hold mine to take pictures. Works fine in portrait position, but when trying to take a picture holding tablet in Landscape position - about a third of the view on the RH Side is lost, and the shutter button position remains at the bottom center, can’t reach with your thumb to snap picture! ( I have big hands)! Prior to last update, shutter button would be on RH side within thumbs reach which allowed for a steadier grip to hold tablet for better pictures.
    Also the previous inspection notes and pictures showing up is nice, but would be really awesome if you could cut and paste pictures from previous inspection to be able to show side by side previous damage next to current repaired status.

  • Great app works well

    Would be nice to be able to use wide angle camera on iPhones, for taking pictures of machines in the shop

  • Love but needs minor improvements

    Use this app almost daily for pre and post machine inspections and we love it as a shop. One thing we wish was possible…we would love to be able to edit an inspection after it is submitted. Can’t tell you how many inspections were submitted by our techs and after having it emailed to supervisors for review before sending it to customers, errors and typos were found. There’s is no way to correct them without creating an entirely new inspection. Even then you can’t access the pictures taken on the app. You have to use the original device that took the picture. This can be very frustrating. Please work on adding this feature CAT. Thanks.

  • Glitchy

    App overall has more glitches than one would expect to see, adding comments to the photos taken is difficult at best of times as app won’t let you. Latest update now will not allow me to select the title from drop down menu when I go to submit an inspection. Since I can not select a title I cannot sign the inspection or submit it. App has become quite useless now.
