Terrible app - unresponsive and clumsy
Tried to use this app to participate in an online auction but struggled to locate the property, even though the agent insisted it was listed and provided a direct link.
I’d warn anyone intending to rely on this app for an auction to steer clear as from my experience, it doesn’t work.MC_M080

While is great that you can watch or bid anywhere the app is so basic it seems like it is from Stone Age.
Every time you click on a listing and you get out you are redirected back to the top of the listing so you lose track of you were. This is the worst part of using this app as sometimes I accidentally press a listing and then I’m back to the start after spending 30 minutes getting somewhere with it.
If you could fix this basic problem you would make a lot of people happy.
I am also not sure if the app actually has 2 way sound as I have been contacted several times by agents after watching an auction.
The quality of the video has been reduced and there have been times where I have completely lost the auction connection which h is not great if you are a bidder.

Useless auction app. You can’t watch passed in auction results or watch replay. No auction report like other auction apps do.Saladxxx

Signed up to bid on a property. Waited 40 mins for the conformation email and missed the auction. Can’t wait for the first spam call from an agent as they will get double barrels.maccabacca123

I often use this app to watch auction, just out of personal interest.
Now I get phone calls from agents saying we noticed you were viewing our auction and if you have any interest.

Good idea but no care for privacy
I was shocked to get a phone call from realestate agent after I watched an auction. This app doesn’t care about your privacy or personal details and hands it out to realestate agents.
When it came time to register to bid, the app asks for your drivers licence number, photos of drivers licence and passport!! Both mandatory! Yeah right... as if I would trust you with this information after you gave out my personal details like they were nothing.
Hope someone is reading these as you have a great idea but it needs improvement.Show lessziorina
DO NOT USE THIS APP
Once you login to the app and view the auctions, hundred of agents will keep calling you all times because this app’s developer passed your personal details to all estate agents. There is no privacy on this apps.CKCSC
