Poor IOS service
Been with Digibit now for a few years and always found customer service great with great response times to issues raised. Now find that the App for IOS does not work and despite a number of messages via X, Facebook, Instagram and email I am still at a loss as to why the app is no longer working or if there is a known fix for the problem. Works fine on the Firestick but all I want to know is what the problem is with IOS and whether there is a fix. Looking elsewhere now for my VPN service.Show lessrobbohdr
Stopped working
Well, not working on iPhone. Just stopped working out of the blue. Can log in, but won’t connect. Really, really bad development. Has it even been updated in the last 3 years? I very much doubt this will even be read by the developers. Going to cancel and go with a more invested VPN.53XY 51
Great VPN app
Would definitely recommend this app! Works amazing when on holiday, not missed any programs whilst away.H011y8
Not so fast, safe, who knows... reliable? No.
It’s not expensive and you don’t have to commit to a 1 or 2 yrs plan.. however...
Regular service & uptime issues for UK sites means regular frustrations. Added to which there’s not been a working iOS app until fairly recently.
Compared to others, I’m afraid this one’s towards the bottom of the list.Show lessBorrieboy13
Not working iPhone 12 Pro Max
Use to work great, (still does on iPad) but on iPhone it no longer wants to work. Always asking to sign in every time I try to connect. Been uninstalled and reinstalling 5 times.TMD Fruit Loops

Unreliable
The app has too many bugs, keeps freezing and crashing, connecting takes forever and cannot reset to change IP location. Overall non user friendly, I’d rather pay up a bit more and have a better app that actually works. Lots to improve, good luck.Roadkill6687
About time
I have been with Digibit for a couple of years now and the service is very good at a realistic price. It has always amazed me that there wasn’t an IOS app available so very pleased to get this at last.Alesupper
Great update, but just with one problem.
Great update. Love the longer list of locations. However, the only problem I've noticed so far is that when the iPad is in landscape orientation, it will not connect. Portrait works perfectly though.Gareth5506
