This app provides guidance to help those working on construction projects to stay within the law, as well as understand and adopt good practice in relation to wildlife. It provides background on the fundamentals of ecology, considers the relationship between ecology and construction, provides an overview of the legislation governing action that can be taken with protected species and habitats, practical guidance on managing these and signposts further detailed guidance.
