App doesn’t work
Unable to login. I’m certain my credentials are correct. I reinstalled the full version of Alert360 and was able to login just fine.
Offline on version 1.4.5
I have been offline for awhile now for some reason. The app Events say “Loss of remote supervision” starting July 20th. Please fix the app.
Company has 2 apps. How do we know?
I called 3 times for tech support because I could not login. My last call to cancel the woman asked if I downloaded alert 360 lite. Huh? Why does one security company have two apps? My bill does not say alert 360 lite. I’m paying the Full monthly service really for nothing except a potential phone call. They need to think through their app and have it automatically login for all paying subscribers. They wasted my time.

Alarm Status Won’t Update
Most of the time the app won’t show the correct alarm status. It takes forever for it to refresh to show if it is armed or not. It will say the alarm is off and you walk through the door and the alarm goes off.
Menu is off the screen and I can’t access
There is very little I can do with the app without access to the menu
Glitch Promptly Fixed!!!!
The app is now perfect! The previously mentioned glitch was fixed shortly after making a phone call!
