Emails won’t show up
I received a TeamBot email from the coach in my Outlook inbox. The app shows I have 1 new email but when I click to the email section the email is not there. It doesn’t show up in the app or the TeamBot website. The only place it shows up is in my Outlook inbox. Very frustrating.Glitchy
When it works, it’s fine. I have to keep removing the app and reinstalling because it won’t log me in even though the password is correct. Frustrating. Especially when your team has a tournament and you are checking the app for game times and locations multiple times and have to reinstall to gain access.Show lessNot receiving chat messages
Since updating the app, I am no longer receiving any messages in the chat. We showed up to a game that was canceled due to not receiving the message. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing changed.
