I am Swarna, I live in USA I am extremely pleased with this diet plan. I started it on June 28th, 2018. I am a diabetic and was sick of taking medicines. I always felt tired, hungry, depressed and had bad breath. One of my friend told me about this and watched few videos and I thought let me give a shot and now I am here. I lost few kilos, no bad breath, no gas trouble,no snoring, no stomach bloating and I noticed my grey hair turning black. It’s really amazing how this diet is working.
I have one important thing to share I had my blood work done just after one month and they all look good. My cholesterol drastically came down, my fatty liver is subdued and my A1 C came down too.
I am still continuing and no regrets. I am extremely thankful to VRK garu and all his crew putting their effort to help us.
I want everyone to take advantage of this. I am doing my job by spreading this by word of mouth.
