Hello, we are so sorry to hear this. We do our best to answer all emails we receive in a timely manner. We apologize that we did not receive your email and no email three times to our knowledge. All we can think of is that it may have ended up in a spam folder. Our email hello@artroomsapp.com is on our website as well if needed. All subscriptions are processed via your Apple iTunes account and all cancellations and refunds go through Apple iTunes. We as developers are not given access to your iTunes account information or the ability to cancel subscriptions. You can turn off or cancel your subscription anytime in the Settings app of your device (Settings > Name > Subscription)

Hi we’re happy to help you. We don’t offer a trial but the free version allows you to upload three pieces. If you’d like to try more pieces before signing up you can delete and redownload a fresh version of Artrooms and try three more.
