Not staging at all

Paid for this only for it to literally stick a single piece of artwork on a wall. No other function .

Not impressed

I have contacted artrooms as I want to cancel my subscription. (I notified Apple immediately) and I have yet to be issued a refund. There has been absolutely no communication from artrooms despite 3 different attempts. Beware - there is ZERO customer service!!!

Hello, we are so sorry to hear this. We do our best to answer all emails we receive in a timely manner. We apologize that we did not receive your email and no email three times to our knowledge. All we can think of is that it may have ended up in a spam folder. Our email hello@artroomsapp.com is on our website as well if needed. All subscriptions are processed via your Apple iTunes account and all cancellations and refunds go through Apple iTunes. We as developers are not given access to your iTunes account information or the ability to cancel subscriptions. You can turn off or cancel your subscription anytime in the Settings app of your device (Settings > Name > Subscription)

You spend hours on a piece of art and want to really show it off at its best.
This app is one of my favourites . Fantastic selection of rooms and frames to put your art into..love it!

So useful

I haven’t as yet benefited from it commercially. But it’s early days. Just compiling images that present exceptionally well on the samples provided. It’s really a great app. Well worth the investment. It’s really easy to use as well. Probably one of the most useful apps I have so far.

I am professional photographer so I need to display my hard work in proper way. People need to imagine my photography in their space. Every picture has a place and found app gives me so many options to pick.

Problem with trial

Signed up to the trial and in under an hour it would no longer work for me unless I signed up t the full app despite deleting all paintings except one. Can I request help please?

Hi we’re happy to help you. We don’t offer a trial but the free version allows you to upload three pieces. If you’d like to try more pieces before signing up you can delete and redownload a fresh version of Artrooms and try three more. Average. Others are better

Not shoot with this app and have purchased the year subscription with no ability to cancel the remaining months on the subscription. Terrible that they lock you into the plan without ability to reimburse for months if you want to cancel. Don’t buy

Great App, but…

I love this App it’s easy to use and save me time to display my paintings. Only criticism I have….I have been using this App over year now, and it would be even better if there would be more New rooms to use, (every month). That why four stars.

So happy I found you! This really gives you a good idea how your art looks in different environments and if you want to change things. Different room, frame, mat, and even allows for us to choose coloured mats. So sweet when sharing your work with people. I think it really gives them a good feel of how it may look in their space. Brilliant idea and I’m so happy I have it on my iPhone! 🥰👍😀 ~mishka
