  • Needs a massive overhaul

    I have to have my phone in lightmode in order to see my clients names properly and then turn my phone on dark mode to check the boxes for services. It’s also very buggy and just not very good app.

    Even worse than the software itself. The failures of the software/redundant documentation, easily add 1-2 additional hours (at minimum) each and every day. Very frustrating. When I have contacted this company for training resources for my company, I was told to go to the ‘help’ section of the software, which is as equally pointless as this app.

  • Keeps my agency in line

    This app uses Electronic GPS verification to make sure my aides are at the patient’s home when they say they are. It holds everyone honest and accountable. Some of my aides don’t like that they can no longer manually enter their time, but that’s the point. GPS verified time in, time out takes the place of manual entry.

  • WHYYYYYYY

    So many other apps to use but we get stuck with this one.
    Constant delays, glitches, and performance issues. Makes my job so much harder. Would give it a 0 if I could.
  • This is the worst ever.

    The person who created this garbage of an app needs to reevaluate his decision to create this. The creator Allen made caregivers and support staff job 1000 times harder. I tried calling him so many times with no help, constant updates that requires a delete and reinstall seems like on a weekly basis. This app is so messed up multiple people quit their jobs because of the incompetence of it alone.

  • The worst

    This app makes my hard job so much harder. The support team is useless. Hoping we can find a new company very soon. All the other reviews of problems is 100 percent correct.
  • Its a zero star not a one

    Even what should be a simple scroll in this app is screwed up and to sensitive. Input and bugs that are sent to the developer are not taken care of. I cuss the app every day. - poor developer talent and support - overly sensitive - crashes and erases documentation
  • Horrible app

    This app rarely works correctly. Constantly kicks you off and rarely uploads schedule correctly. Always having to delete app and re-install, even when no updates have been made. Thumbs down.
  • Worst App Ever

    This is thee worst app ever it erases some of my work schedule after I’ve done it and always always have to delete app and reinstall app weekly and it always crashes. Yet these federal and government agencies require us to use this app but they cannot even provide adequate service for their patients/clients. This App is a Joke.

  • Horrible app

    I’m sorry to say, but this app is horrible! Let’s start with the home screen. You can’t even see what you’re typing into the ORG Code box. You don’t even see the dots when typing in your Password it’s so frustrating.

    Once inside it takes years to load the Home Screen. It’s embarrassing to see the company I work for implement this as part of its system to ensure CNAs and Nurses are actually going to visit their patients. This is just horrible material used to chart and and gain signatures from both the client and staff member. Most times I can’t even open the app while on my way to do patient care because it loads and has a stall screen. This forces me to close and at times, delete and reinstall the app just to use and return to square one.

    Horrible interface! Time to fix this or delete it from the App Store. So many apps to use but we are dealing with this!
