Doesn’t work with iOS 17
After update to iOS 17, the app stop working. Every time you try to view a camera, it just forces you out of the app. I had tried on 3 different model iPhones all on iOS 17, with same results. Restoring iPhone to factory settings, resetting iPhone, deleting app and reinstalling, still doesn’t work. The app works fine on iOS 16 and under. This app needs a update.

Problems
Usually have no issues. Been good for over a year. Now all of a sudden when I go to view live video or playback video it kicks me out of the app..very strange.
App shut down
Every time I click on one of my cameras to view the live feed the app shuts down. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I’ve shut down and reset my phone. Nothings works. The app used to work just fine. Starting about 2 weeks ago the app started shutting down.
Needs updating
I have been using this app for a few years now and have had no issues. All of a sudden the app starts shutting down every time I try to look at the doorbell camera. It’s gotten to the point the app won’t even open. Looks like this app hasn’t been updated in 4 years. I think it’s time to update it so I can actually use the products I purchased.

Crashes every time I try to use
It used to work, but now the app crashes and just disappears from my iPhone screen every time I try to click on one of my cameras. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but does the same thing. I cannot access any of my cameras from my phone.
LaView one
Hi I bought it six of the LaView one Wi-Fi camera. It wasn’t working fine for 3years suddenly. it started crashing the app I tried to reach them they give me a couple of solution is nothing is work so my advice is do not buy this product anymore. I lose money I don’t want anybody to lose money anymore. This is really nonsense. please do not buy their product anymore. They’re not supporting me so it happened to you thank thank you.

App crashing needs update
We don’t really have any issues with the app. Now it crashes when loading the video feed. Please update the app to make it usable again
No customer service.
Absolutely no tech support by phone. One of the worst companies to deal with when it comes to customer service. You cannot reach them by phone. Mobile app does not work.
Great camera
We have had this for at least 3 years and no problems whatsoever.
Get what u pay for
For over a year now it will NOT connect to my WiFi. There’s absolutely no reason for it not to. Even sitting directly next to the modem n router.
