  • Well designed and easy to use

Has all your account information and it is very easy to get reimbursed.
  • Documents

This is one of the worst AAPS I ever had to navigate through. I received a message saying that I had a IRS form available to download. When I went to download it, there was nothing there. Very frustrating! 😡
  • Terrible

This app is an epic failure. In order to sign up they ask questions that are not easy to answer, like what is your employer identification number. What does that even mean? If you try to call you will be put on hold for eternity and then they will hang up on you. Ridiculous. All I want to know is the balance on my wellness card. Why do they make it so difficult?

  • App demands

App demands ALWAYS ON access to location services.
Leaves notifications that new messages are available and the new message is a demand for location access
App will not turn off notification unless you comply
  • Impossible to login

The way this app expects you to verify yourself is more difficult than it needs to be.
I have no idea what my employer ID is, and it is next to impossible to locate my own employee ID number that my company gave me.
  • Excellent

Love the ease of this app. The ability to see all you account info, the ease of making payments, deposit!! Love this. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
  • Poor poor poor

    Nothing works.
Good luck paying a bill via the app
  • No directions

One hurdle after another trying to get this app working. Very frustrating.
I try to use it and no directions, filled with buzz terms that mean something to the programmers, but nothing to laymen.
Mark something as Paid out of pocket. Do you get reimbursed? Doesn’t say.
Tried to pay a bill. Worked over the cell with a HM rep with medical bill in hand. Claim was denied. I can’t access my FSA monies so I guess next year I’ll drop it.

  • Setup contains an endless loop

You cannot skip, nor select “check” from the reimbursement option screen. I suppose the only way out is to submit your bank information, which I will not do inside this app.
  • Registering is a Convoluted Process

The process of just registering once the app was downloaded was very convoluted. Even if you have already activated the associated debit card you are still required to enter additional information such as the Employer and Employee IDs (or RegistrationID) . The app suggests some numbers to use for this information but it is very vague and confusing and not helpful. I called the support number provided for login issues and of course they were closed, but they did offer the option of setting up an “appointment”. Finally, I found the required information on the back of one of the many mailings, in the same font as all the other information. (Honestly, in this day of information overload, who reads lengthy documents word for word?). When I finally got to the registration part for creating a username and password, it timed out and I had to start the process all over. I am an IT professional and have worked for many years supporting applications for employee benefits and it took 6 attempts to successfully register an account. If I found the process just to REGISTER for the app to be very cumbersome, I can only imagine the frustration of others. This should be a MUCH simpler process - there are MANY opportunities for improvement here.
