I recently made a purchase for a Fitbit sense for $2.99, and was not aware the watch face does not work with that watch. I cannot get my money back.rafg2020

Excellent clock face! Best designs ever
People just write to complain but they forget to write when they are satisfied and I just wanted to say that these clock faces are the best designs ever. I never ever spend 1$ in an app but I would say that the whole package is just magic. I love every designs. They are so unique.
So instead of complaining people, just need to update your stuffs, and it’s written that you need to download the app in order to upload the clock faces on your Fitbit. You all tried to upload from the clock face app 😅 and then you complain because you can’t. I don’t think it’s fair about the app.Show lesssambath.ouch

Disappointed!
I spent good money for a Fitbit Versa 2, now I have read the manual and have been trying to upload the “ Watchface” I had to purchase, and now it won’t allow me to download it!!Your site says, “ try to download later!” This is a rip-off!!! This should be very user friendly, easy to download and I shouldn’t have to pay more money to have the time out in the front face of my Fitbit! I will be returning it to the store I bought it and go buy another brand that is much easier! You stated that this site for Fitbit Versa is now supposed to be compatible with Fitbit Versa 2. It is not!!! You need to get this site upgraded as I see I am not the only one that is frustrated!Show lesscameocoll

All TTMM clock faces comes from Fitbit servers. If you unable to upload clock face it seems that Fitbit servers has a problem. It is also possible that you uploaded 5 different clock faces already. Delete other clock faces to free space for a new clockface. Please report this issue to Fitbit support.
