Absolutely WONDERFUL!
So I go to a gym where I can work out and they have a couple massage devices. One of the massage devices is the Human Touch Novo XT2 massage chair. This chair is the ONLY Zero gravity chair that I have EVER Sat in. I am profoundly physically disabled, and cannot clear my lungs well. The percussion of the chair helps with that. I am on a ventilator, and one of the several problems that patients like me who are on life support face, is VAP, or Ventilator associated Pneumonia. The percussion that this chair can perform will help me not to develop VAP! I am now equipped with the app, so

Absolutely useless!!!
The user interface on this chair is horrible, the controller sets back to default every time the chair is turned off, what were they thinking????
If that wasn’t bad enough, this app does absolutely nothing, it blinks back-and-forth and is full of bugs, it hasn’t done one thing to control the chair. Horrible experience!!!Show lessexploit protector

No longer working after IOS 13 update
App used to work really well and I preferred it over the hard wired remote that comes with it. After the latest IOS update it no longer works. As expensive as the chair is I am extremely disappointed that I cannot have an app that worksRossell Agency

Inaccessible to blind users
I was excited to learn that the new novo xt2 would allow phone control. The controls on current chairs are touch screen and are essentially unusable by a blind people. The new xt2 app is unfortunately not too much better. I can find all of the controls and the interface seems pretty simple but none of the buttons are labeled which means I can’t tell what they do. It is a pretty easy task to label your buttons in iOS so it is disappointing that the app developers did not do this.Show lessbondoloIsMe
