Timesheet problem
Every time I log off a shift it do not put my shift on my timesheet and I cannot go into my profile and view my timesheet from there either so I do not know if there’s a bug or what it is by the need to be looked atAnd when you do the welfare checks you can’t see how many you have done and how many days left

Every month or two later the app breaks down and issues with signing in.

My favourite part of this is that i KNOW when I’ll be working and don’t have to deal with phone calls. I’m working nights and they always wanna call me during day hours when I’m sleeping! Now they just send my roster thru here and updates to it too. Also get messages from the bosses thru email too via guardhouse

Mediocre Deputy
It’s bad enough that you need to sign your signature to clock in and with the latest update now they require you to take a picture. If you mistrust your employees that much that only reflects the company you’re running.
Good system
Guard clockins in saves us hours every week getting back timesheets and paying guards. The team are super easy to deal with too.
