Had potential
I got really into this to then find out they you have to pay for the remaining levels. With the old ones you used to just have to watch an ad before every level and if you didn't wand any ads then you could pay £10 for no ads throughout the whole game. It's another Gamehouse product that had potential but the need for more money (even though their other products were enough) isn't good enough anymore. Your priority should be your supporters, not how much money you can get from us. You ruined Doctor's Oath and now this one too. What a shame.Show lessAmandymjt

So happy that we’ve gone back to the original format despite the disastrous last Hearst’s Hospital fiasco-thanks for going back to your original monetization strategy! Disappointing
I was so excited that there was a new dr cares game I played both of the other ones and I did not have to pay for them... this one you get through the first chapter and you HAVE to pay if you want to keep playing why can’t it be like the other games? Buying for chapters
Hi I’m just wondering on why we have to buy the game for the new chapters why can’t it be like an normal game where once u complete a chapter a new one begins fix this please or I’m deleting the game and never playing a dr. LOVE LOVE LOVE but.....
I truly love this game I useually NEVER write reviews but this game is AWESOME. I only have one question when you get your second pet how do I give it a bed? Because on my first pet I can give it a bed and other stuff but my second one I dont know how to give it a bed or can you just not give it one at all? BUT eathier way this game is SUPER addicting.
