I don’t find this user friendly. Tried to submit and my first four nicknames were rejected, said they were already used? I have now tried 6 nicknames and they have all been used, really?Las1957
Great notifications
Great way to stay connected to Sprinklr without having to be on Sprinklr. The notifications are incredibly helpful.C Burns

We have to use this app for work. I would give it zero stars. They make frequent updates and it never works! Terrible! Don’t use it!sczpyea
Bad interface and slow
Maybe it’s the fault of the garbage configuration that Sprinklr had implemented for my company or maybe it’s inherent to the product but this app is mostly useless for actually doing anything.Wordophile
Better functionality needed
It’s a lovely idea that I can now control and schedule our social media accounts and messages on the go. However, I wish the editorial calendar would be easier to use. E.g. schedule the same message for different networks rather than having to copy and paste it for different platforms. The user friendliness needs improvement.Show lessSamJo_thefirst
