  • Payment not working

    Credit card payment isn’t working (tried two different cards)
    Also would be nice to be able to pay with touch n go physical card
  • Cannot top up. How can I pay parking if this can’t be done!

    Terrible app. I was able to top up some time ago but cannot do so now. Cimb clicks and credit card BOTH fail after keying in secure TAC or passwords. I can’t take my car to go to the shops or small independent stores around PJ or elsewhere without fear of getting ticketed!!

    I never had this worry before as up until the end of 2021 we could still use the older scratch paper tickets when facing top up payment errors

    This year has been hit and miss with tickets because I simply can’t top up the app.

  • Select Selangor Council does not work.

    The page just hangs showing a blank grey page. Why did you take a simple straight forward easy to use App and mess it up so badly?
    Now it's got so cluttered and navigation is complicated. It's not intuitive.

  • No parking after version 6.0 upgraded

    Hi, i tried to check my parking receipts after i upgraded to the latest version. But there was no receipt displayed! Please help! I need those receipts to claim from my company!

  • Buggy

    A real hassle trying to top up. Ended up with errors and gave up after a few attempts. Go work with an eWallet to enhance the user experience

  • App does not work for iOS

    The app camera function freezes when you click it. It does not work, I’ve been stuck in the Taman Bahagia Parking lot for days because app enable to scan QR Code.

    Please fix this issue asap so I can scan the QR Code and exit the carpark!

    Best part, go green, no paper.
    Easy, simple and straight forward.

  • Needs some improvement.

    Ok but expiry notifications too soft. Would be good if user can adjust sound and duration of expiry notification.
    Also too many email receipt Again should allow user to select frequency of receipt.

    But still better than using ticket.

  • Convenient but service charge as drawbacks

    It will be perfect without the service charge for every topup transaction.
