Cannot connect my phone to system
When the system was new the tech connected our mobile devices to the LUX Pro View system. For some reason my iPhone got disconnected and now I cannot get the system to link to my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app several times with no luck. Don’t like LUX system!donnie steib

Takes way too long to view the cameras. I have this problem daily and today specifically I can’t get two of my cameras to load at all. Very very slow. This needs to be fixed!unhappyluxprocustomer

Fix the Alert delay!
This app would be great if not for the fact that the camera fails to load in a timely manner when opened from a push notification. A motion alert is clearly the most important time that I need to be able to see my camera. Please fix this issue!RichUnkle
BAD BAD APP
Ive had the camera system for almost two years and this app is far the worst!! App crashes and super slow! I thought that by now they would FIX it but nope! If i would of known i would never got these cameras.212eddie
