Works sometimes and what are the hours?
I kept getting the prompt to update and it wouldn’t let me order a ride for a weeks when I first downloaded it. I kept trying then finally it let me order a ride and it worked pretty well! The driver came quick and was friendly. I wish the app stated their hours of operation in my town and worked consistently. It still sometimes says driver out of range or that there will be a 50 minute wait. I suppose more drivers are needed. The hours during the weekdays and weekends would help to automatically be there and more cars and drivers if possible. Other than that I’m truly so grateful for this awesome service to be available in my town. Thank you soooo much for making this it’s so needed on in Suffolk county in my town during the week and on weekends.
