Cannot access pro account

Hello, I bought a pro account. But now it looks like now I have 2 accounts. I cannot access my pro account. Can you kindly merge the 2 accounts. It is very urgent. When I am working, my account says I need to upgrade, when I go to upgrade it says I already have a pro account just log in as Ratee apana. I do not know how to do that on my iPad can someone walk me through please?

App is free kinda, but it doesn’t work all that well…

Disappointing Image to Video Feature

I was really excited to try out the image to video feature, but it ended up being a huge letdown. The app promises seamless transitions from photos to videos, but the results were far from smooth. First, it takes way too long to process the images, and even when it finally does, the video quality is subpar—blurry and choppy transitions. I also noticed that the app randomly crops some of the images, ruining the composition I had carefully planned.

The customization options are very limited, too. There’s no control over the transition effects or duration between slides, which leaves you with a generic, uninspired result. The final export was compressed, so the video quality took a major hit, even with high-res photos.

Overall, I was hoping this feature would make creating simple videos from photos easier, but it just creates more frustration. Definitely needs some serious improvement before it can be useful.

When using the image-to-image option it does not bring anything similar in the scenario given…

Not sure if is my lack of IT skills but I have been trying over the last few days to get and AI pic based on one I have and very disappointingly the image generator brings random pics not related at all with the sample. I have paid the subscription and I am not getting what I want. I would have appreciated a guide about how to take the most of the app but I could not find anything helpful; If I do not manage to get answers to my questions I will have to cancel the subscription and look for another helpful app.

Pretty Good but a ways to go to be great

I use this a lot and it is good. Drawbacks include difficulty saving drafts and the challenge of making things move in a realistic way. Your work is not saved automatically. Also, if I build to big a file (use too many arrows) the app crashes and does not save your work. —from Westwood village reviews The main reason for the two stars is that story Z has not kept up with pixaloop. I go back-and-forth among several apps. Pixaloop has continued to develop whereas StoryZ seems to be relatively static. I’m looking forward to improvements from this app which is, as has been mentioned, has terrific potential. And I agree with above that drafts are hard to save.

Revised Review, Developers still not able to fix the issues with this app

I thought it was time to revised my review.

I really thought that this time that a developer contacted me about the issue of not being able to login & use the premium features. It’s been several months & the Developers have not fixed the log in error, so I can proceed in enjoying the app. I haven’t been waiting & hoping to receive some kind of message letting me know what’s going on but nothing!
This has gotten very old & more & more frustrating. After years of not being able to login & use the app one you think that the app developers would be concerned enough to find a fix to the login problem.

By reading one of the reviews, it seems that the developers aren’t paying attention to their app or their user’s comments.

I have never encountered issues with an app or the developers. It would seem that they would take pride in the app they developed.

2024 a developer reached out to me.
I appreciate developer that a developer contacted me about the issues concerning my Premium membership & Problems with the login. Hope that he will assist me further In solving the problematic issue with the app. Thank You for Your response, my only question is do You have any idea how much longer it will be to correct the issues with StoryZ, sure would be great to be able to use the app again without any further issues. I don’t mind if you don’t matter

It used to be good, no longer works properly

Developers,
You need to step it up. I’ve used your app for years now and it’s currently nothing but a hassle. The feed only shows the same few photos on it. No featured artist of the day. Trouble uploading finished piece to post. Just says “Oops, something went wrong”. Tried to email support and didn’t even give me an option to send the message. Our background photos on our personal page is blank now. I pay for pro, but I’m gonna ditch the app if you dismiss what you’re description claims. Clean it up or I’m out. I will not pay for another pro. If you guys charge me, I’m going to contact Apple, explain you’ve abandoned the app and will be refunded.

It took me about three months to find this app because I forgot the name of it but when I found it, I was so happy this is the only app I need for images. Nothing else.
