I'm sorry to hear you got an issue while trying to save a wallpaper, but I'm here to help you. Of course, if you want, you can always request a refund to Apple by locating the order in your account purchase history, that is also in the receipt sent to your email. However we'll be pleased if you send an email to help@csolanam.io with a detailed explanation of your problem, phone model and iOS version. Also, a screen recording while reproducing the issue will be the most valuable, so we can see if you're experiencing an unexpected behaviour that we can fix. On the other hand, double check that the app has the photo library access permission granted. You can do this by searching "Live Wallpapers" inside the Settings app. There you should see and manage all permissions granted to the app, including this one. Also check, by tapping on the top left corner gear button inside the app, and then on Account -> Status if you have enough available wallpapers credit to save or a premium service.
